Through years of consultation on business continuity, Radian Compliance has created a highly reliable process for ensuring you meet your goals. While not very complicated, our pragmatic and thorough process consistently delivers results for clients, and can help ensure you get the business continuity plan you need. We have a full breadth of experience which includes implementing Business Continuity Management to a common methodology and those under the PS Prep program which include; BS 25999, SPC1 and NFPA 1600

1. Needs Analysis – What Keeps You Up at Night?

Our first step is to learn the unique continuity challenges of your operational reality and business environment. We place a significant amount of value on actually listening to what you are describing, rather than jumping to conclusions, so we have an efficient interview and information-gathering process that will ensure we hear the full picture from you and your team. The deliverables from this step are 1) a document outlining the continuity challenges and goals to verify that we have understood the issues at hand and 2) a series of recommendations that cover not only how to best build a plan, but also a suggested methodology to follow.

2. Continuity Readiness – Leveraging Our Experience to Get It Done Right

Once we have assessed your environment and you have agreed to the series of recommendations, we proceed along the path to make your organization continuity ready. Drawing from our extensive industry experience as well as the creative energy we put into developing your unique continuity plans, we complete a business impact analysis and risk assessment, define your strategies and develop your plans. These deliverables will not only help you to effectively achieve your business continuity goals, but could well provide a basis for process improvement though out the organization.

3. Continuity Enablement – Maintain Your Continuity Plans

Just like your business is constantly changing, we understand that your continuity plans need to be updated. Through extensive training we teach you to regularly test your plans, and update your plans, thereby giving you to tools so that you can ensure that you can recover your business with the unthinkable or unexpected happens.
